Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of DIINI Dispatch AI, including the website, blog, pilot services, dispatch platform, automation tools, and related support.

Use of the service

DIINI Dispatch AI may be used only for lawful dispatch, trucking operations, workflow management, communication support, document handling, reporting, and related business purposes. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, contracts, provider terms, and industry requirements.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be shared with unauthorized users. You must notify us promptly if you believe an account, credential, API key, or connected provider account has been compromised.

Customer responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for final business decisions, carrier and broker compliance, driver instructions, load acceptance, lane decisions, rate negotiation, invoice review, document accuracy, safety obligations, and legal filings. DIINI Dispatch AI supports operations but does not replace professional judgment.

AI and automation

The platform may use AI-assisted drafts, workflow suggestions, message templates, status summaries, and automation. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Customers must review important actions before relying on them, especially communications, invoices, compliance steps, and business decisions.

Third-party services

Some features depend on third-party services such as hosting providers, Google services, email providers, messaging providers, voice providers, AI providers, payment processors, analytics tools, load boards, or compliance data providers. Availability, pricing, permissions, and performance may depend on those providers and your connected credentials.

Plans, billing, and pilot access

Features, users, trucks, drivers, workflows, storage, messaging, calling, and automation may be limited by the selected plan or pilot agreement. Billing terms may be provided during onboarding or in a separate agreement. Unpaid, expired, suspended, or abusive accounts may be limited or disabled.

Content and customer data

You retain ownership of data you submit to DIINI Dispatch AI. You grant us permission to process that data as needed to provide, secure, maintain, improve, and support the service. You must have the right to upload and process any data you provide, including driver, broker, carrier, load, invoice, message, and document information.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for fraud, illegal dispatch activity, unauthorized surveillance, credential abuse, spam, harassment, malware, scraping that violates provider terms, interference with the platform, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or activity that harms DIINI Dispatch AI, customers, drivers, brokers, providers, or the public.

Website, blog, and advertising

Our website and blog may display educational trucking operations content, analytics, and advertising. Advertising and analytics are governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We do not guarantee that any content, article, checklist, or automation example is legal, financial, compliance, or business advice.

Service changes and availability

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We work to provide reliable service, backups, and recovery, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, security issues, or operational problems may affect access.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DIINI Dispatch AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, provider outages, or dispatch decisions. Liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Termination

Either party may end service according to the applicable plan, pilot arrangement, or customer agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, legal risk, abuse, or violation of these terms. Data export and deletion requests are handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable legal retention requirements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business relationship and service agreement between DIINI Dispatch AI and the customer, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above shows when this version became active. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated terms.
