Terms of Service

These terms govern access to DIINI Dispatch AI and its pilot or paid services.

Authorized use

Customers may use the platform for lawful dispatch operations. Accounts, credentials, and tenant data may not be shared outside authorized staff or used to access another customer’s information.

Customer responsibility

Customers remain responsible for final business decisions, broker and carrier compliance, load acceptance, driver instructions, invoices, legal filings, and review of AI-generated drafts or recommendations.

Plans and billing

Features, users, drivers, trucks, and automation are limited by the selected plan. Pilot and manual billing terms are confirmed during onboarding. Unpaid, expired, or suspended accounts may have restricted access.

Third-party services

Some functions depend on external data, AI, communication, payment, load-board, or compliance providers. Availability may depend on those providers and customer credentials.

Acceptable use

No fraud, unlawful surveillance, credential abuse, malicious automation, scraping contrary to provider terms, interference with the service, or unauthorized access is allowed.

Availability and liability

We work to provide reliable service, backups, and recovery, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period.

Termination

Either party may end service under the applicable customer agreement. Data export and deletion are handled according to the Privacy Policy and legal retention requirements.
